The plastic that covers the duct’s pipes has brittles and eventually the insulation that covers the pipes had fallen off and the foil pipes are exposed. I think they need to replaced. Can you give me a quote. I have eight duct vents around the house. Thanks

My partner and I recently moved into our newly built home in Feb, however are now about to relocate interstate and will be making our house an investment property.Â
The house is quite clean however I was hoping to have someone come and do the steam cleaning and give it a once over before it is handed over to the tenants.
The property is in Officer and I was hoping to have this work done on Wed 14 Sep.
Key things that will require attention will be;
Vacuuming and steam cleaning of all carpet areas (one theatre, four bedrooms and a small hallway)
Broom then Steam mop off all floating flours – these are clean but may have some dust etc where furniture was (our cleaning appliances will be packed up and sent interstate hence we won’t have a chance to clean this up ourselves) wouldn’t imagine it being too bad
Quick dust of skirting boards/walls where needed
Full clean of the ovenÂ
Full clean of the ensuite shower (main bathroom may need a quick touch up but it’s only been used a couple of times so is very clean)Â
Note we have induction stovetop so only water is to be used to clean thisÂ
Cleaning of alfresco sliding door WindowsÂ
I think that’s the main thing! Like I said, I’ll have cleaned the house before but just won’t have the opportunity to do the final touches once all the furniture is out.Â
There are no stains or anything that should be tricky anywhereÂ
The house will be completely empty and free of furniture.Â
