End of lease clean plus carpets

We have a very small 2 bedroom double story unit that has one large room downstairs with hardwood floors anf 2 rooms upstairs with small ensuites only with showers not bath. The upstairs is carpeted and needs a steam clean and flea treatment, house has only ever been lived in for one month and fairly small, it also has a small toilet under the stairs and a laundry built into a nock in the kitchen so not a seperate room.
