cat urine on my lounge

Hi there, We recently had a cat move in that has peed on my lounge 3 times in about 1 week. I tried bi-carb, vinegar and some weird smelly chemical spray from the pet store but the lounge just smells weird. It is a fabric couch. Its a 2 seater. I also have a matching 3 seater and 1 seater armchair in the same area. Approx how much to have all 3 lounges done and what sort of timeframe? Thanks for your help. Cheers
